Had an awesome 4 day weekend. I traded my xBox 360 yesterday for a PS3. Pretty good deal.
Back on my Daily Nutrition meal plan. Upped my carbohydrates and lowered my protein to 1.2xbody weight.
Trying to incorporate a little more into my chest/tri days. Planning on mixing a few upper and lower chest into the mix between mids. So, it'll look something like this.

Bottom/Mids/Tris
My current workout plan is based on a 7 day routine.
Mondays: Chest/Tris
Tuesdays: Legs/Abs
Wednesdays: Back/Biceps
Thursdays: Off
Fridays: Shoulders/Traps
Saturdays: Off
Sundays: Off
Current Calorie intake: 1698k/cals
Current Bodyfat Percent: 22%
Nutrition Values:
Carbohydrates: 192
Protiens: 166
Fats: 55
